When the set position of the pump is higher than the liquid level (within the allowable range of suction of the pump), the bottom valve is set at the end of the suction line, and the tap hole or valve for liquid injection before the pump starts is set on the discharge line. When the pump is set below the liquid level, install the control valve and filter device on the suction pipe to prevent foreign matter from being sucked into the pump. The filtration area should be more than 3-4 times the area of the pipe.
