The installation precautions of stainless steel centrifugal pump are as follows:
1, whether the installation of stainless steel centrifugal pump is reasonable, has an extremely important impact on the normal operation and life of the pump, so the installation and calibration must be careful.
2, according to the installation size embedded anchor bolts, do a good job of concrete foundation work.
3, after the foundation cement solidifies, on the basis of the installation of the pump, use a level to check the level of the pump and motor shaft; If it is not level, adjust it by using a backing plate, and then tighten the foot nut.
4. Check whether the rotating parts of the pump are stuck. Strictly check the coaxiality of the pump shaft and the motor, rotate the coupling by hand, as long as the rotation is easy, uniform, and normal.
5, the pump suction and discharge lines need their own supports, do not allow the pump to directly bear the weight of the pipeline, so as to avoid pump damage.
6. When the setting position of the pump is higher than the liquid level (within the allowable range of suction of the pump), the bottom valve is set at the end of the suction pipe, and the tap hole or valve for liquid injection before the pump starts is set on the discharge pipe; When the pump is set below the liquid level, install the control valve and filter device on the suction pipe to prevent foreign matter from being sucked into the pump. The filtration area should be more than 3-4 times the area of the pipe.
7, high lift pump in the outlet flow control valve at the outer end of the pipe to install a check valve to prevent sudden stop of water hammer damage.
8, ensure that the installation height of the pump is consistent with the cavitation allowance of the pump, and consider the pipeline loss and medium temperature.
9, before starting the pump, the liquid should be filled, and it is prohibited to start without liquid.
10, close the outlet valve, turn on the power immediately check the rotation of the pump, must make the rotation direction of the pump consistent with the arrow, strictly prohibit reverse operation.
11, after the pump starts to reach the normal speed, slowly open the outlet valve, adjust to the necessary situation after the start of operation. When the valve of the discharge line is closed, the continuous working time of the pump shall not exceed 3 minutes.
12, stop, please close the exit valve first, and then cut off the power.
