SPIC SYSTEM - NEW SOLUTIONS OF PUMP CAVITATION

SPIC system is a new solution of pump cavitation, working principle is lead a calculated bypass flow from discharge pipeline to suction pipeline as a jet pump, inject the high pressure flow into the low suction low pressure flow, then use a speed increaser to mix the low and high liquid into a stable pressure liquid, then go thru a expender to low down the liquid velocity and up the pressure get into the pump suction flange.there are two pressure gauges locate on the suction of SPIC system and pump suction flange to monitoring the up pressure values.

SPIC SYSTEM – DESIGN DETAILS
Jet pump is made under precious calculation and design,with very low energy lost and high efficiency ,customized for each pump based on different application and different suction pressure requirement, several different jet pump spray nozzles available for different liquid and different pumps.

Capacity control valve installed on bypass pipeline to control the bypass flowrate make the unit package is always working at top efficiency,protect pump when discharge capacity are 0.

Sensitive pressure gauges are installed on both SPIS system and pump suction flanges to monitoring the pressure increase value by SPIS system.
